Refund & Return Policy

At Hanami Muse, we take pride in offering made-to-order abayas tailored with special details such as button customization. Each piece is produced specifically for you, and we aim to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction.

1. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hanamimuse.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is confirmed and in production.

2. Returns for Custom-Made Items

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Since our abayas are made to order and may include customizations such as button selections and sizing, they are considered personalized products, and we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@hanamimuse.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

To be eligible for a return or exchange in the case of a confirmed defect, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Be returned in its original packaging with tags intact

After inspection, if the defect is confirmed, we will offer a refund, depending on the case.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
